Who We Are

The Makawao School PTA was formed to help encourage student achievement and learning enrichment.  We believe that as parents, students, and teachers come together, we can create an environment where children will be successful students.

What We Do

Our PTA work each year to organize, fund, and promote events and programs such as:

• School events:  Boo Hoo Woo Hoo,  ʻOhana Nights, Winter Wonderland, Fun Run, Ice Cream Social, Teacher Appreciation.

• ​Extracurricular activities:  Arts In The Classroom, Ceramics, Music, Ukulele.

• Student programs: School Garden Program, classroom supplies, field trip bus transportation.

Makawao School does all of this and so much more as they strive to meet the needs of our school community. Thanks  again for helping to make this all possible!

Membership

Not a member? Community and parent participation is essential to the success of our many school-sponsored events. Your time and support will be greatly appreciated.   Please join us here or click the QR code below.  Membership benefits include:

Already a member? Please remember that PTA membership is ANNUAL.  Please sign up again for the new school year.

• Please join a PTA committee and be a part of the planning and decision-making process 

• Please volunteer your time to help with any PTA-sponsored event or area of need.
